Job Description:

• Maintains relationships with the Existing clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis.

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.

• Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analysing the market. requirements and sharing the same to the managers on Daily and weekly Basis.

• Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.

• Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.

• Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.

• Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship.

• Leads Generation and hunt for new opportunities where we can promote our products.
