Job Description
- Carry out commissioning, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and troubleshooting on engines, turbochargers, auxiliary systems, and related equipment in accordance with technical standards and documentation.
- Plan and prepare service activities by reviewing work procedures, drawings, tools, and spare parts requirements.
- Perform LMRA and comply strictly with Everllence Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements, including proper use of PPE.
- Serve as on-site technical lead, supervising and coaching technicians during service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Diagnose faults independently, determine corrective actions, and implement technical solutions, escalating to senior engineers when required.
- Document service activities through accurate reports, technical findings, condition photos, and spare parts recommendations in line with Everllence and ISO standards.
