Service Engineer

Your task:

Lead, mentor, and manage engineering team.

Work out of town and workshop on a regular basis (on-site projects).

Support to shipyard to check and assess the thruster, gearbox and pleasure craft products (supplied by ZF).

Provide technical assistance, coordinate with Service Coordinator with required information.

Provide technical solutions to sub-contractors and meet the job completion targets, while keeping ZF quality standards and safety requirements.

Provide clear, precise, and detailed acknowledged service reports upon each project completion.

Manage costs, schedules, and technical product development.

Remain aware about ZF compliance rules and policies, thereby maintaining full transparency towards ZF management and customers with regards to representation and commercial agreements

Work under extreme condition in the engine on the mechanical and hydraulics systems.
