Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Pharma Machines , Capsule FIlling Machine, Counting Line, Inspection Machines , Packaging Machines , and Printing Machines .
  • Coordinate with customers, sales, and production teams for smooth service operations.
  • Convince customers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure repeat business.
  • Analyze MIS reports , manage collections, projections, and compliance.
  • Develop new customers, especially in price-sensitive markets .
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service reports.
  • Manage client interface and deliver value-added services.
  • Support internal branding and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • This profile is in EXPORT Division.
  • Candidate from nearby vicinity will be preferred

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in service of Pharma machines automation/inspection/packaging machines.
  • Skills: Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise.
  • Ability to travel across India.
  • Go-getter attitude with customer-centric approach.
