About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Window and Door Service Engineer. This field-based position involves attending customers’ homes throughout Wiltshire to diagnose and carry out remedial repairs on a wide range of glazing products.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction while resolving issues with windows, doors, locks, hinges, and associated glazing components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer sites to assess and complete repairs on faulty glazing products (including uPVC, aluminiumwindows and doors).
  • Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs efficiently and professionally.
  • Adjust and replace hardware components such as locks, handles, hinges, seals, and glazing units.
