Job Title: Service Engineer
Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
Provide the necessary service and technical support in resolving machines issues to Sys-Mac supplied customers.
Prepare and submit the Service Reports and other documentation to the Service Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)
Provide service and technical support in resolving machine issues to SysMac supplied customers, as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
This include existing and new customers, as well as onging projects. Must be able to standby during off-work periods and on weekends & holidays calls, as stipulated on the service contacts and if demands needed.
Service and technical support can be rendered via on-call, remote or on-site to the customer plant/factory.
Provide on-call, remote or on-site technical support on customer's machine issues.
