The Role

Reporting into the Group Sales Manager and based in Gold Coast or Darra, the Service Estimatorwill work and collaborate closely with the Service sales teams across our branches (NQ, NT, NSW, BNE, GC and NZ) to prepare and submit competitive service tenders, aiming at profitable growth in VAE service and maintenance sales, aligned with annual budgets and targeted clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Actively work and collaborate with our sales team cross all our service operations
• Attend pre-tender site visits where required for submissions
• Complete bid evaluation for Service to form a Bid/No Bid decision
• Respond to tender price requests
• Contribute to post-submission clarification responses and tender presentations
• Perform risk assessments, value management and cost control exercise as required
• Collaborate with service sales managers and other key stakeholders to create robust tender responses
• Maintain the Quotation register, sales folder and documentation
• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and market insights.
