Service Excellence Analytics Lead

Job Purpose

The Service Excellence Analytics Lead is a critical component of the Service Excellence Programme and will lead the analysis and insight to drive improvements in our service provision across University Services. Providing professional, specialised and technical expertise on all aspects of Service Performance data whilst leading advice and guidance to a range of senior University stakeholders.
