Be part of the central Service Executive Team (SET) in Geneva and act as the first point of contact for Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives, with regards to their client-related queries, supporting them in delivering excellent client service thanks to your built expertise.
Responsibilities:
Work hand-in-hand with Relationship Managers and CSE to provide advice and support them in their internal activities to deliver excellent client service.
As an expert, be the go-to person on key activities and processes of the client lifecycle operations.
