Service & Fleet Executive

Beng Hock Mechanical Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Service & Fleet Executive to join our team in the Kranji North Region but work in the Bukit Merah Region. This full-time role is responsible for assisting in managing the repair and maintenance of a wide range of heavy vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

What you'll be doing

• Work with Service & Fleet Manager and onsite Technician to manage the fleet of vehicles and maintaining fleet compliance
• Scheduling of vehicle maintenance
• Fleet reporting and analysis
• Managing of our smart waste & fleet management IOT software platform
• Conduct 2 times full inspection of vehicles before daily deployment of trucks
• Point of contact between company and customers
• Manage customer's service request, deploy technician to attend service call, activate tow truck to tow customer's trucks back to workshop, follow up...
