Job Description

This role will entail bridging program‑wide strategies, principles, and priorities, with assessments anchored on ground realities to fulfill territory imperatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory partners to fulfill tactical imperatives vis‑à‑vis national strategies.
• Provide consulting expertise to the Territories for value & demand‑based decision making on network builds and prioritization.
