Role Purpose
Lead the complete Service Introduction lifecycle for the client within the SIAM framework, ensuring new or changed services are designed, tested, documented, and transitioned into sustainment successfully. The role includes process development, KT creation and delivery, collaboration with client and vendor teams, and driving automation and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Design Leadership & Business Process Mastery
- Coordinate Service Design phases (Alignment, Discovery, Prototype, Implement).
- Master client business processes and ensure service designs align with SLAs, compliance, and business operations.
- Engage suppliers and SMEs to capture operational impacts.
- Service Transition Planning & Execution
- Lead Operational Impact Assessments and present to governance.
- Develop and refine Service Transition Plans.
