We are looking for an experienced Service Lead to take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery for one of CGI's most strategic clients in the Finnish insurance sector.

In this role, you will be the key operational counterpart for the client, ensuring stable and high-quality delivery of application management and production support services. You will work closely with client stakeholders and lead a global CGI delivery setup across Finland, India, and other locations.
