Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (Bilingual – Spanish/English) to supervise service delivery teams and ensure consistently high service quality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding service staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
