Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end customer service operations for electronic equipment

  • Oversee installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning at customer sites
  • Ensure timely resolution of service issues, escalations, and technical challenges
  • Review and verify BOQs, BOM and cost estimates, and invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with sales, projects, procurement, and finance teams for smooth execution
  • Manage key stakeholders including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Conduct site audits, service quality checks, and preventive maintenance reviews
  • Prepare service performance reports, documentation, and management updates
  • Define service benchmarks (MTBF, MTTR) and track the same across the sites.
  • Mentor and guide service engineers to ensure high service standards
