Job Description
In this role, you will manage multiple complex services and be a bridge between Backbase internal teams and our clients. You will stand in front of our new service and become one of the crucial delivery managers.
Meet the job
- As a Service Manager , you are responsible for the successful delivery of pre-configured dev environments with deployed components of our products and supporting projects post go-live phase.
- You discuss requirements and expected delivery timelines with our Customer Success team, possible issues with external teams, and manage client’s expectations. You conduct kick-off and handover meetings, weekly plannings, daily standups (Kanban methodology), retrospection meetings, and communicate the status and progress of deployments.
