Hydro Service Manager
The Hydro Service Manager will be responsible for managing erection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of hydro power plants. The role includes overseeing service operations, ensuring plant efficiency, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Erection & Commissioning
- Plan, execute, and supervise erection and commissioning of hydro power projects.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct testing, trial runs, and performance validation.
2. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Manage day-to-day operations of hydro power plants.
- Prepare and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Ensure uninterrupted plant operations with minimal downtime.
3. Plant Management
- Oversee multiple hydro power plants and service sites.
- Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, technicians, and service staff.
- Allocate resources efficiently for smooth operations.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete records of erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.
5. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose technical issues and provide immediate corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications
- B. E./B. Tech Mechanical
- 10+ years' of experience in hydro power Service Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
