A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer in the medical equipment industry is looking to add a Manager of Project Services to its Client Services team. This role is ideal for a people-first leader with a knack for improving processes, developing talent, and keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll lead a team of 6 Project Managers, supporting day-to-day execution, performance monitoring, process improvements, and client satisfaction across North America. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Relations and plays a key part in driving a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
