Service Manager

Eindec Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Sales–driven Sales Manager to own and grow the Service Department's revenue, with primary accountability for service sales performance, customer retention, and recurring revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Asia markets.

This role carries full ownership of the 2026 Service Sales Target of SGD 2 million (mandatory KPI) and focuses on selling service solutions, including maintenance contracts, system upgrades, refurbishment, and retrofit works. The incumbent will actively develop existing accounts, expand service scope, and convert technical service needs into profitable commercial opportunities.

The role also provides commercial service sales support to:
• Traditional BU – HVAC
• AI Engineering Service Provider BU
