The Opportunity

The Service Manager will be responsible for the preparation of service/repair estimates, assisting with larger scale mining project quotes, the scheduling and coordination of service work (in house and field service). He/ She will be responsible for the supervision of a team of employees and ensures that the work produced meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.

The Role

  • Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Service sales to customers

  • Execute Continuous Improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies including service, warranty programs and operations at the branch

  • Proactive Problem Solving and guidance to the team as it relates to service objectives

  • Provide training and support for all Service technicians and supervisors
