Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the service team to deliver timely, reliable maintenance and repair support for gensets, engines, and machinery.



Oversee service scheduling, resource allocation, and technician deployment to meet customer needs.



Develop and implement service procedures, best practices, and performance standards.



Monitor service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback) and identify areas for improvement.



Handle warranty claims, parts inventory, and service contracts in coordination with suppliers and partners.



Train and mentor service staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer handling.



Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate recurring issues and recommend product improvements.



Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards in all service operations.
