Service Manager

We have a new opportunity for a Truck Shop Service Manager in Riviera Beach, Florida. Working with a notable Class Eight repair and hauling center, this position oversees shop and technician processes, working directly with customers, and ensuring profitability. Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000/year salary, DOE 20% Bonus Potential based on KPIs 401K, Health Benefits, PTO Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday Day Shift + Operational Needs Requirements: 5+ Years in a Management position, Service, Parts, Foreman. Class Eight, Heavy-Duty Diesel background needed. Ability to direct, hire, manage a team of Diesel Technicians. Ensure P&L reporting, parts/service process. Work directly with clients/customers, business development an asset. Liaison between Service, Towing, Heavy Equipment, Parts departments. Selected candidate will be subject to background checks, drug screening.
