T2M Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a well established engineering business, for a Service Manager to lead a small, but specialist team of engineers to service industrial test and measurement equipment. The role as a Service Manager will be to provide day to day management of the service team as well as technical support to engineers and customers.
Key duties as a Service Manager:
- Leading the Service Team to deliver exceptional maintenance and service for clients.
- Liaising with customers to evaluate service requirements and provide technical support.
- Scheduling and allocating engineers for business requirements.
- Identify and communicate warranty timeframes.
- Provide quotes and costings to sales teams.
