We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a technical service and aftersales support team within the HVAC/building services sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with commissioning on top of this leadership and customer support.

Service Managers Responsibilities

* Lead site-based commissioning,

* Manage warranty investigations and technical reporting within SLAs

* Lead and develop a team of Site Service Engineers, including training and competency management

* Oversee aftersales technical support, both on-site and remote

* Drive service performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction

* Ensure strong health & safety, compliance, and safe working practices

Service Managers requirements:

* Strong technical background in Air Conditioning

* Proven experience managing engineering or service teams
