Responsibilities:
Deliver an excellent service experience by responding promptly to customer concerns, implementing improvements based on feedback, and building lasting trust.Direct the day-to-day activities of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource management, to ensure efficient, high-quality results.Hire, train, coach, and evaluate service staff while fostering collaboration, engagement, and accountability.Develop and monitor the department budget, track performance indicators, and improve profitability through effective cost control and revenue generation.Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty processes, and dealership policies, while upholding safety and quality standards.Maintain a safe and organized workplace in line with industry regulations and health and safety guidelines.
