Responsibilities:


  • Deliver an excellent service experience by responding promptly to customer concerns, implementing improvements based on feedback, and building lasting trust.

  • Direct the day-to-day activities of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource management, to ensure efficient, high-quality results.

  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate service staff while fostering collaboration, engagement, and accountability.

  • Develop and monitor the department budget, track performance indicators, and improve profitability through effective cost control and revenue generation.

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty processes, and dealership policies, while upholding safety and quality standards.

  • Maintain a safe and organized workplace in line with industry regulations and health and safety guidelines.
