Job Description
Our well established client has an excellent permanent Service Manager/Scrum Master opportunity based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid oppoirtunity with the need to be on-site 2 days per week.
This role will be one of two Service Managers responsible for certain work packages and will be a 50/50 split between Service Management & Scrum mastery.
Core skills and experience:
You should have a solid background in traditional IT Service Management (ITSM) Service DeliveryOversee daily operation of IT services.Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service performance.Maintain service reporting.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and governance.
