Job Description

Our well established client has an excellent permanent Service Manager/Scrum Master opportunity based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid oppoirtunity with the need to be on-site 2 days per week.

This role will be one of two Service Managers responsible for certain work packages and will be a 50/50 split between Service Management & Scrum mastery.

Core skills and experience:
  • You should have a solid background in traditional IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Service DeliveryOversee daily operation of IT services.Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service performance.Maintain service reporting.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and governance.
