As the Technical Specialist, you will proactively drive and influence teams across the business to avoid unexpected service cost and disruption by ensuring products and services are mature at entry into service and achieve the service business objectives (e.g. Availability, Reliability and Maintainability (AR&M), Time on Platform, Maintenance Cost, Maintenance Support Strategy).
