Role Overview

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the ServiceNow platform to align with business objectives and enterprise IT strategy. This role ensures scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and technical standards
• Design scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB
• Act as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow platform decisions
• Lead platform governance, upgrade strategy, and instance management (dev/test/prod)
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, security, and compliance standards
