Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and be based in Chennai. The role involves backend development, customization, integrations, and platform enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions
  

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
  

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer
  

• Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
  

• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes
  

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  

• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
  

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards and best practices
