Job Title: Service Now Developer
Experience: 5–12 Years
Location: WFH / Remote (Candidates from Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Service Now professionals.
Drive end-to-end implementation and support for Service Now modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. Must-Have Skills: Team Leadership Experience (mandatory). Expertise in Service Now with hands-on experience in at least 3 modules from the following: ITSM (IT Service Management)
CSM (Customer Service Management)
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
ITAM (IT Asset Management)
ITBM (IT Business Management)
Discovery Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
