Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform configuration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
- ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping
- CMDB
- HRSD, ITBM, CSM (as applicable)
- Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
- Write and maintain client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and server‑side scripts.
