Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5–12 Years

Location: WFH / Remote (Candidates from Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation and support for ServiceNow modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Team Leadership Experience (mandatory).
  • Expertise in ServiceNow with hands-on experience in at least 3 modules from the following:
  • ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
  • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • ITAM (IT Asset Management)
  • ITBM (IT Business Management)
  • Discovery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
