As a Service Now HR Service Delivery Program Manager in the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), you will serve as the primary liaison between HR operations teams and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will manage and implement minor updates, configuration changes, and enhancements to the platform, ensuring smooth HR processes and optimal employee experience.
