We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Lead to join the Barcelona IT Hub of one of the world’s top 5 global retail companies.

In this role, you will be the primary technical authority for our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. You will bridge the gap between complex HR business requirements and high-performance technical architecture, ensuring our platform evolves according to global best practices. This is a hands-on technical role designed for someone who enjoys coding and architecture but is also ready to guide a team of engineers toward excellence.
