ServiceNow Junior Administrator
About the Role
We need a ServiceNow Junior Administrator to support daily platform operations. This role suits someone with basic ServiceNow knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to grow into a more technical position. You’ll work with senior admins and developers to keep the platform stable and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Manage routine admin tasks: user accounts, roles, groups, and access.Configure basic forms, fields, lists, and simple UI updates in ITSM or HAM/SAM.Help maintain data quality and clean up outdated records.Investigate user issues and escalate when needed.Support small enhancements like catalog updates, notifications, and simple workflows.Assist with upgrades, testing, and general maintenance.Keep documentation updated.Follow platform standards and best practices.Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of ServiceNow operations or admin experience.Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).Basic understanding of ITSM and CMDB.Knowledge of tables, forms, roles, and access controls.Willingness to learn and ask questions.Strong attention to detail and process discipline.Good communication skills with technical and non‑technical users.Helpful: experience in IT support or system administration.Nice to Have
Experience with catalog items, notifications, or UI policies.Basic JavaScript or interest in scripting.Familiarity with Flow Designer.ServiceNow CSA certification or plans to pursue it.Understanding of ITIL basics.
