We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead (Admin cum Developer) with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in both ServiceNow platform administration and development. The candidate will ensure platform stability, lead enhancements, manage technical delivery, and mentor the team.

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate

• Platform Administration
• Manage daily ServiceNow platform operations and maintenance.
• Perform instance cloning, patching, upgrades, and health checks.
• Administer users, roles, ACLs, and platform security.
• Maintain CMDB, Discovery schedules, and data integrity.
