Service NowAssist Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Now Assist Developer to design, configure, and optimize AI-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on implementing Now Assist, Generative AI, Virtual Agent, and AI Search to enhance ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other workflows, improving automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Now Assist & AI

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, or NLU
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI

ServiceNow Core

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules)
• Hands-on experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Virtual Agent
