Job Description
We are seeking a Service Now Now Assist Developer to design, configure, and optimize AI-powered capabilities within the Service Now platform. The role focuses on implementing Now Assist, Generative AI, Virtual Agent, and AI Search to enhance ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other workflows, improving automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Now Assist & AI
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Now Assist
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience with Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, or NLU
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI
Service Now Core
- Strong experience in Service Now development (Java Script, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent
Now Assist & AI
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Now Assist
