service operation engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities such as commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, warranty, and modification works.
• Support planning of manpower, tools, spare parts, and materials for service jobs.
• Provide technical and operational support to field service engineers and site teams.
• Interface with engineering on drawings, technical clarifications, and design changes.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support preparation of service quotations, cost tracking, and invoicing information.
• Coordinate logistics, spare parts readiness, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and review service documentation and reports.
• Ensure service activities comply with HSE, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend to customer warranty & complaints
