Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible of the whole network of service operation for Samsung after sales service.
Responsibilities
º Monitor and analyze KPIs daily, identify trends, generate forecasts, and develop agile improvement plans
º Implement and manage the Service Network Strategy, including partner search, evaluation, onboarding, training, monitoring, and auditing
º Plan and manage the incentives program, covering both monetary rewards and infrastructure investments
º Organize and execute workshops and training events for the SVC network
º Lead and coordinate regional and global projects (LAO / Suwon / SEPR) from develo
pment to implementation
º Develop the annual audit plan for the service network nationwide
º Develop the annual training plan for the SVC network
º Support product sales operations within the service network
º Oversee contracts, amendments, and formal communications with service partners
