We're looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Service Operations Administrator to support our service and repair workflow in our Oakville branch. You'll receive and document equipment, create and update work orders, and help keep our service process running smoothly from intake to completion.

What You'll Do


  • Receive and process incoming safety equipment and inventory for service.  
  • Work in warehouse/receiving areas, including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Record equipment details (model, serial number, condition, quantities).
  • Create and update service and repair work orders.
