Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM
  • Overtime: Available as needed
  • Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Summary of Position

    Provide comprehensive support to the Service organization and customers by managing administrative functions, service requests, and internal coordination. This role ensures timely, accurate communication while processing service bookings, quotes, repairs, and contract updates.

    Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Respond to field and bench service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Generate accurate quotes for field and bench service work.
  • Create Return Authorizations in Oracle for U.S.-based customers.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and installed-base records in Oracle.
