  • Develop dashboards and reports to support regular reviews, strategic planning, and leadership updates
  • Align analytics with field operations and business goals by collaborating with regional management.
  • Deliver insights for Cross-BU and Monthly Ops meetings to support strategic initiatives.
  • Use Power BI, MS365, and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy
  • Identify automation opportunities and standardize reporting processes for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with KLA’s global standards.
