Job Description

Mission Lead the endtoend services operations in Iberia. Ensure optimal performance of field service operations, refurbishment operations, equipment delivery and lifecycle management of beverage / HORECA equipment. You will drive operational excellence, cost control, customer satisfaction and align operations with the companys sustainability goals. Improve business financial results and deliver budgeted P&L costs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage service operations teams : field service, technician scheduling and dispatch, refurbishment centers, equipment delivery, and spare parts distribution. Manage budgets, costcontrol, forecasting, serviceoperating P&L and contribute to profitability of service operations. Define and monitor operational KPIs such as firsttime fix rate, equipment uptime, cost per repair, spareparts inventory turns, refurbishment throughput.
