We’re hiring a Service Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of installation and service work across multiple crews and job sites. This role is all about process, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through, keeping the operation running smoothly. If you enjoy managing the journey, bringing order to busy environments, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role will feel like a strong fit. This is a primarily in-office position based in NW Edmonton, with occasional site visits.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own the day-to-day workflow for installation and service jobs, from intake through execution and billing
• Schedule and coordinate multiple crews across jobs ranging from short service calls to multi-week projects
• Manage 6 direct reports, with plans to help grow the service division
