Your tasks

  • Operate and maintain the HSMaaS offering, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and 100% availability.
  • Manage customer onboarding, service delivery, and large-scale migrations across data centers or HSMs with no service disruption.
  • Lead the opening of new data center instances globally, including due diligence, procurement, setup, and audits.
  • Oversee change control processes, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with security audit requirements by maintaining evidence and enforcing operational procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a background in high-availability service operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
