Your tasks
Operate and maintain the HSMaaS offering, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and 100% availability.Manage customer onboarding, service delivery, and large-scale migrations across data centers or HSMs with no service disruption.Lead the opening of new data center instances globally, including due diligence, procurement, setup, and audits.Oversee change control processes, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with security audit requirements by maintaining evidence and enforcing operational procedures.Your profile
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a background in high-availability service operations.Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).Strong technical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, TLS, firewalls), ...
