Service Operations & Performance Manager

$80-100K base + Bonus

Our client a reputable company is searching for an experienced field service operations professional to support and elevate the performance of a mobile service and fleet-based team.

This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, focused on improving technician effectiveness, service quality, and operational consistency through coaching, performance oversight, and structured support. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to reinforce best practices, drive accountability, and support onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide field-based leadership, coaching, and performance support to a fleet service team
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of field technicians
  • Monitor operational metrics and reinforce service standards, documentation quality, and customer experience
