Responsibilities

  • Service, replenish, and perform basic troubleshooting on coffee vending machines.
  • Manage and maintain all vending machines within your designated area, ensuring they are always fully stocked and operational.
  • Provide prompt service and customer support during field visits, including demonstrating how to use vending machines correctly.
  • Clean and maintain vending machines, both inside and out, to ensure proper hygiene and presentation.
  • Answer customer inquiries about Coffeebot products and services with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer service requests and machine breakdown reports.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address complex technical issues and requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed, such as handling payments, delivering letters, or restocking supplies.
