Our client is seeking a Senior Service Owner with expertise in agile delivery, data and analytics, and digital transformation to lead product teams in modernizing registry services and replacing legacy systems within the Land Titles Registry.

Must Have skills

  • Agile framework experience (SCRUM)
  • Leadership in digital product development
  • Business analysis and gap analysis
  • Data reporting, analytics, and metrics development
  • User acceptance testing and quality assurance oversight
  • Stakeholder engagement and operational planning
