:Manage intake, scope development, quoting, and communication throughout the repair lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent updates and post-repair follow-up.
Develop accurate estimates and quotes based on machine history, warranty status, service letters, and customer requirements.
Create detailed work breakdown structures, define tasks and resource needs, and manage timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with service supervisors and technicians to ensure scope alignment, participate in pre/mid/post job meetings, and track progress.
Assess technical justification for warranty and goodwill claims, and align with account teams on commercial considerations.
Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities, and apply project management best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
